A new pulse for Munich

Where one icon has to give way, a new one emerges.

For over 60 years, the Königshof has been one of the most exclusive hotels in the Bavarian capital. Demolition work on Karlsplatz began in 2019, and the new Königshof will be built on the same site by 2023. And Munich will be one architectural highlight richer.

The mission

Tight time frames, little space, so actually everything as always or just exactly a task for us. For the new construction of the future five-star hotel, which will consist of a nine-storey building with expressionist cubature and a curtain glass facade, we provided the piping and the materials for the insulation.
