Our brand colour is red — but our blood runs green. Climate protection is part of our DNA, because we have always contributed to a reduction in the primary energy consumption of buildings and technical systems through the sale of insulation materials. Our company buildings are naturally perfectly insulated, which has always enabled us to reduce CO₂ consumption. But that is not enough for us, because as we know, better is always possible.

As a member of the “Climate Neutrals”, an association of companies in the districts of Munich and Ebersberg, we have decided to actively protect the climate. Thus, we are committed to gradually becoming CO₂-neutral by 2030 at the latest and to doing our part for the sustainable development of the industry. By drawing up our own greenhouse gas balance sheet, we have defined an individual reduction roadmap until 2030, which serves as a guard rail for all our activities.

For example, we converted our company car fleet to electric mobility at a very early stage, and the van fleet will now follow step by step. We provide our employees with bicycles so that they can also travel short distances in an environmentally friendly manner. At the Aschheim and Amt Wachsenburg sites, we have photovoltaic systems in operation to cover our own electricity needs. And if all this were not already a start, we are also striving for a paperless office.
